After a steady stream of singles in 2020, Inglewood artist Amindi has released his debut EP Nice in 2021, a collection of eight songs of honest internal monologues that reveal a journey of personal growth, self-realization and self-love; this personal journey draped in tight raps, sultry vocals, shifting beats and flowing melodies.

Building a deeper barrage of music to share with fans, Amindi has taken 2021 to grow personally and explore a free-form approach to the sound of his music, not feeling boxed in or committed to any genre or way of sounding. With smart, snappy lyrics and a sound tinged with a warm, lo-if quality – Amindi creates an attitude-infused alternative R&B/trip hop mix.

Infusing complex lyrics with infectious hooks and melodies, Amindi combines her unique perspective with broad influences from the music she grew up with to her Jamaican heritage. With Nice, Amindi cements himself as an artist with a powerful point of view and the creativity to deliver it with crisp precision. After revealing more of herself this year, Amindi has more music, more visuals, and performances to come next year.
